Chronicles of a Vegetarian

As I continue my journey through higher education, I get to learn more about the world we live in and be less naive about the issues that are going on. One of the things I have been more conscious about is where the food that I eat comes from. I started to learn about how we get our meat products and started to think on how to make a change. Along the same lines, I myself am not healthy, physically and physiologically. For these two reasons, I have decided to go vegetarian.

Day 28- March 22

Nothing like having breakfast for lunch. My wife and I had a lunch date at IHOP. Damn, looking back, that looks like a ton of food!

For dinner, my wife and I took a stroll to Lee's Sandwiches. Apparently they have a vegetarian croissant sandwich, which is BOMB! It comes with no meat and my ultimate favorite, AVOCADO!!!! This sandwich I actually recommend people to try. The only thing is that for some reason, I feel like it leaves you with an after taste (not bad, just saying).
