Today was a big day for me, eating wise! First off, I went to sleep late. During this time, I was able to get my hands on these little donuts that I really like lol.

Later in the afternoon, my in-laws invited us over for some pozole. Thats right! POZOLE! But guess what? My mother in law makes this bomb ass pozole, however she does not mix the meat with the caldo. She actually cooks the meat separately which means I am able to eat it!!! Wooohooo!
After spending a few hours at the in-laws, I headed over to my nieces birthday party. My brother was throwing her a party and had tons of food. I went all out as you can see fromt he pictures below.
